Bold Bean Co Courgette Butter Beans with Green Olive Salsa

Charred courgettes cooked with Bold Bean Co butter beans into a soupy, hearty, summery bowl with mint and lemon. Served with giant cous cous (or GF alternative) and green olive salsa, crispy capers and pine nuts (optional).
