Returns and Store Credit Policy

At Vicky's Kitchen, I want you to be delighted with your order. Because my products are perishable, I can't accept returns in the usual way. However, if there's an issue with your order, I'm here to help.


Damaged, Incorrect, or Below-Par Items

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or you're simply not happy with the quality, contact me immediately at hello@vickyskitchen-norwich.co.uk. I'll assess the issue and will arrange a refund for you.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Given that I sell perishable goods, I cannot accept returns unless the items are faulty, damaged, or below par. This policy follows UK consumer law, which excludes certain goods, like food, from standard return rights.
