Chilli Willy's Gourmet Chilli Oil (220ml)

Asian inspiration, Norfolk creation.

Handmade, small batch chilli oil, made in the heart of Norfolk by our good friend Will at Chilli Willy's. This chilli oil is packed with chilli but is also complex and savoury with Sichuan pepper, shitake mushroom and black vinegar.

Ingredients: rapeseed oil, onion, dried chili (Chinese facing heaven, Thai bird's eye, Korean gochugaru), palm sugar, salt, black vinegar, Szechuan peppercorn, sesame seed, garlic, coriander seed, monosodium glutamate (E62), shiitake mushroom, cinnamon, star anise, cardamom, bay leaf, clove. 

Contains sesame.
