Vegan Christmas Wellington

A proper plant-first centrepiece, or a brilliant side if you're feeding a crowd. Roasted squash, mushroom duxelles, chestnuts and cranberries, wrapped in crumbly homemade shortcrust.

Arrives chilled on a foil tray, ready for the oven alongside the potatoes. Freeze it as soon as it lands and cook straight from frozen on the day.

Choose 2–4 or 6–8 servings. Contains nuts and wheat.

Christmas Eve Lasagne & Tiramisu

For anyone with a full table on Christmas Eve who wants one less thing to think about. Proper homemade comfort food, about as close to zero effort as Christmas cooking gets.

The lasagne arrives assembled and ready to bake โ€” about an hour, done. The tiramisu is delivered chilled and ready to eat. Both serve 6–8.

The festive exception to my usual plant-first rule โ€” the lasagne contains meat, and both contain wheat, milk and egg. Tiramisu made with decaf coffee and a good glug of Marsala.
