Two Norfolk and Suffolk cheeses and three Norfolk pork charcuterie, with olives and cornichons. It is built from local producers, so it suits a client lunch, a drinks reception or a relaxed get-together. Serves 4-6. Easy to put out, easy to graze on, and a good way to show off what the region does well.
